What is Collapse Initiative?
Collapse Initiative is a Roblox game studio brand of Golden Crown Entertainment Group, Inc. It makes Planets of Hell, Monstrous Difficulty Chart Obby, the Blackwater Corrections roleplay and other Roblox experiences.
How do I find a server with room or join a friend?
Open Warp on this site, pick a game and choose a server by size, region or language. Search a player’s Roblox name to see their Collapse profile and, if they allow it, join the server they are in.
Do I need an account to play?
No. Every game is played on Roblox. A free Collapse account, linked with Discord and Roblox, adds a dashboard for playtime and badges, a profile card, personal-server settings and support tickets.
Does the supporter plan give an advantage in game?
No. Supporter plans only unlock website cosmetics such as profile banners and decorations. They give no items, currency, ranks, personal servers or other benefits in any Roblox game.
How do personal servers work?
Only some games have them, and each game unlocks them its own way. In Planets of Hell you get one with the Personal Servers game pass or by reaching the in-game progress requirement. Owners can list them on Warp and choose who can join.
How do I report a player or appeal a ban?
Run /support open in the Collapse Discord, or open a ticket from the Support tab of your dashboard. Staff need evidence such as a screenshot or clip to act on a report.
How do I join the staff team?
Read the roles and requirements on the Staff page, then apply with your Collapse account. Applications are reviewed by the founders and the chief staffing officer.
